I tried joining with a different account but doesn't auto-join as far as I can tell. If you try it, and it doesn't work, perhaps we can figure out why.

Ok, I could join the group via another account. BTW, did you mean a group or a page?

I have no desire to join Facebook.

It is soo addictive, If used right it can be a powerful tool, if your selling something or building relationships.

The only reason I have one is for this type of thing. I deleted my original one 2 years ago. It is just a giant black hole that will suck up your free time if you let it.

For some reason it is making me approve each request. I have to see how to turn that off.

I say the same thing about cellphones! Granted, I have a FB account so I can keep tabs on people and post photos. That's about it. I have no cellphone because I sit next to a phone all day and I don't want to be bothered when I'm driving or "out"... and, sometimes when I'm out, I'm with my husband who has a cellphone anyway.
