Im looking for a cool halloween banner for my signature that says (Halloween is alive...IT's ALIVE!)
have Frankenstein in it as well as the doctor via the original universal film. Gray, white neon green color sets.

I'm not really sure what you mean by "make and store a banner"... I know what each of those words means individually, but when you put them all together, I get confused.
