YOU'RE THE PRODUCER

Post by Pumpkin_Man » Tue Jul 27, 2010 10:22 am

Here's the scenario. You are the head producer or own and operate a major movie studio. You can do any movie you want. What movie would you make. Here is a movie I would make.

I would have a horror extraviganza of all the major villians of latter half of the 20th century. This film would have Jason Vorheese, Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Chucky,(even though I think he's hokey), and the Leprachaun. The story would take place in Freddy's home town, on Friday the 13th, and the title would be "A Convention of Horrors."

Yes, I know, it would probably be the hokyest movie ever made, but what the hay.

I would love to make some movies, like Night of the Living Dead, Halloween, Trick 'R Treat, The Wicker Man, House, From Dusk Till Dawn and Fright Night. :D

I'd like to see a shot for shot, true to the 1931 original, remake of Frankenstein with the 1931 monster but with modern techniques in film making.

A good, scary movie about the Loch Ness monster, filmed on location at Loch Ness and Uruqhart Castle, starring Scarlett Johansson and Megan Fox. The movie would disregard the fact that the loch is cold even in the summer, and include many, many swimming scenes. To add gravitas to the film, Nessie would be played by Al Pacino. For the good of the film, I would also reluctantly agree to take on the leading man hero role.

The movie would receive a strong R rating for intense scenes of extreme violence and startlingly realistic scenes of Ness-nookie between the three leads. The DVD cut would be unrated. :|
