That smiley has the morning off because I'm eating Jimmy Dean microwave breakfast croissants.
No time to cook today as there is a garage to clean and trip to the dump afterwards.

That sounds so good!
My son treated me to a Greek restaurant yesterday. I haven't had to eat much since then, either.

I went for a long walk, haven't actually eaten yet.
This weekend my husband smoked a pork butt. Took over six hours, but yumm!

Hello,
I want some really good Halloween dinner ideas. The ones on a Google search are boring.

I'm so sorry I didn't see this query sooner. I have a ton of Halloween cookbooks, but probably it's too late to help now.
You didn't say what displeased you about the on-line recipes. Why not just opt for a traditional autumnal meal? I like pork roast seasoned with apple cider, apples, onions, potatoes. Or you could save the apples for a side dish of baked apples. Maybe have a squash or pumpkin gratin.
My family likes a dessert called Trick or Treat Trifle. You layer devil's food cake, Cool Whip, and crumbled Heath bars. Top with chocolate syrup or caramel sauce.
Of course, roast your pumpkin seeds for an appetizer!

I made a mistake above. Instead of syrup in the Trick or Treat Trifle, use chocolate pudding.
