I think the position of the people on the shuttle is more horrifying than what is happening on the earth.

Glad you all like it!, It was inspired by the movie Tomorrow Land which I found disappointing. So I wrote a better tomorrow, yuck yuck. The main Idea was to start positive, go super negative in the story and then end positive, and leave it as a mystery why things were better. Did the astronauts go to heaven?, get rescued somehow? or is the world better off without humans? Also this story is a sequel to Halloween Half-Pagers: Bad Commute...

The nurse wasn't such a bad person, she just screamed a lot in the end... If all goes as planned I'll be doing some cool things with the Half-pagers when the Halloween season starts up, and also possibly later this week...

Oh, that will be fun! Interconnected stories! I like it!
