I wonder what homeless people think when they see giant public buildings covered in expensive lights. Probably "Dang, is my butt cold on this sidewalk! But those lights sure are pretty!"

Yes indeed, Mac. That thought has crossed my mind many times.
With the money that it costs to rig up the lights, plus the electric bill for all month, that would pay for a place to stay for needy families.
