As someone who has had three cars totaled due to people pulling out in front of me, I can attest to that. I wasn't at fault for any of them either. The last one was so bad they needed the jaws of life to get the woman that hit me out of her car. She also took three sections of a wrought iron fence in the process.

I had a pretty bad near-miss before that nearly caused me to either run off the side of the road, or end up in a front end collision. The guy behind me almost got hit as well. The irony was a state trooper eventually caught up to the guy behind me but evidently didn't see what this moron did.
Then there was this one guy who got mad just because I sped up instead of letting him pass me, and he turned right passed my car as I was pulling onto the back road to go home, he pulled right out in front of my car and started yelling at me. Scared, I backed away and went back on the main road which would have taken longer to get home. This was when I worked at Walmart. I was so scared trying to get away from this guy who I think might have been drunk and of course not used to all the mountain curves I slammed into a guard rail. Not a pleasant night at all.

Last Monday I actualy had to call a tow truck to pull my car out of my parking space in front of my house, and today it's 50 degrees and the snow is melting away pretty fast. There's a lot of standing water, but I do hope that most of it melts before it goes back down below freezing this Saturday.

Sorry Mike, hot as h, e, double-hockey-sticks here, but at least you got water. Wanted to get some yard work done today but it's too hot out there.

Hi everyone, it's 25 degrees here, yuck!!!
It's so nice to be back in Mo., I was in New Mexico for 3 and 1/2 months taking care of my dad, they didnt know what was wrong with him when I got there, and they kept sending him around from doctor to doctor, crazy, it took them that long to figure out he needed a total knee replacement. Oh and it was in the 80 degree there last weekend, ugh, I wish my hubby and kids could just pick up and go live there, it's sunny amost all year long.
I sure miss everyone here too!!

FINALLY! Rain!!! We only need about 6 months of this to relieve the drought conditions.
