I saw one of the supervisors at work flipping out on a girl. He started throwing film canisters at her feet and swearing. It was actually very scary and she left work early because she was so upset. How do guys like him keep there jobs for 10+ years?

If she asked, there were two other women there also. I just started at this job, but I heard he flips out like this a lot (as in, everyday). I know he's been there since creation. My manager is great, I don't see why he keeps this guy around unless he has to. But seeing men flip out like that really scares the <deleted> out of me.

just thinkin', if no one is willing to complain or be a witness thats probably why he's still employed there.....flipping out like that in the work place is just too unprofessional.

I agree. This guy has only kept his job through outright intimidation. Either that or he photos of the owner of the company snorting coke off of the thigh of a hooker.

I know the place runs on him because he knows everything. But I'm going to ask my manager about him and if that looks like a dead end... I don't know, wait till he flips out on me personally and then report it? It's coming, I feel it.

Well, off to work. Hope nothing damaging happens to my person. Maybe I should wear a helmet?

Have a good day, and keep your head held high. If the nutter has a go at you, kick him where it counts.
