It has always been there.
I theory if you type in your search query and use the 'lucky' button it runs an algorithm and takes you to what it has deduced is the exact page you are looking for.
I don't think it's any better than a plain ol' search but apparently their ad revenues from that type of quick search exceeds 100 million annually.
