Still here

I've been out of touch for a while, too, but I didn't realize it was an epidemic! Mostly it got to where I felt like I couldn't keep up with all of the new posts coming from all of our new members, and then there was the car accident, and now I got laid off from my job, had to file unemployment, am trying to get my house clean and organized, finishing up wedding planning (ten days, HOLY <deleted>!) and buying two new cars in the past two weeks, among other generalized <deleted> that's going on, I've just been dragging my feet and feeling overwhelmed. Join the club, right?

I did finish my village last night, though, it looks better than ever, I love it! So, sorry for the absence, hopefully with a little more time on my hands I'll be able to keep up with you guys!

Boy o boy, Geek! you certainly have your plate full! I'm sorry about your lay-off. I kind of know what you're going through, there. I've been suspended from my job and I've been sitting around on pins and needles waiting for news.
There's still TONS of stuff at my house that I need to find something to do with and I think we've totoally underestimated the size of our new place. We literally DO NOT know what to so with all the stuff we have. There's hardly a place to walk muchless sit.

All things go in cycles through and everything will get better again. Right?

The seasons' passing me by and I seem to barely have time to notice. Weird

BTW, I don't understand why some members always come here, then go away... Well, who cares??

I care, but people have their reasons, HM. Hopefully everyone realizes that they always have a home here when they get things ironed-out in the real world, though.

Well for me my writing, working out & playing ball occupies a lot of my time....I love Halloween, but not like some of you good people.
Just as I am sure you guys don't love football like me...I live the stuff.

I do try to check in from time to time.
Also note that I have not bumped the NFL thread and won't do so, I want to be sure that we have enough people that post on the thread to make it worthwhile.

I'm here, but have had soo much stuff going on in my personal life right now, that i have to take care of, but once everything is back up to normal i promise to frequently post again!

geekmidwinter, glad to see your back in action. I see we're all going through " I'm going insane mode right now" well things are bound to get better. Like OEJ said " Chin up"
