Nah DD, I'm not a big fan of Chili's pizza but the flatbread is awesome. Lot of flavor, very little dough.

Actually Mike, you have it backwards. Chicago style is deep dish, New York is thin crispy crust.

Ever have thin crust deep dish pizza? That's what I had in Chicago. Rays pizza that use to be at 111th and Central Park was also a thin crust pizza, and the best I ever had. I think it was called deep pan pizza, not deep dish pizza. Deep pan is thin crust and lots of toppings. Deep Dish is thick crust and about the same toppings you would get on a regular pizza. IMHO Deep Dish pizza is a rip off, for what is charged, when all I get is more dough.

Back in the 80s there was a pizza place in Miami called "My Pie" but instead of the word "Pie" it was the math symbol for "Pi" and they had the absolute best Chicago style deep dish pizza. It's no longer there, but the taste.....Still lingers!

That does sound, Kolchak, but I much prefer a Chicago style Deep Pan pizza. I am not a huge fan of that really thick crust. I prefer a thin crust with lots of trimmings.
