Thanks.

I'll be owning my home anytime in 2012. My grandpa will be moving to NC. So I will be the owner of this home myself with my girlfriend and our black lab!

Ah, so your grandpa is going to go live with another one of his children, I guess? Perhaps you will miss him around the house! But I congratulate you on getting the financial mess straightened out, so you can inherit as you expected to do.

Anyways, I'm getting pissed off b/c my sister may get married one of these days and I really do dislike her boyfriend! Even, all of my cousins do hate him as well!

My number one older cousin told me that he was going to kill that guy with 12 gauge shotgun, but I told him please not to do so. Or else, you will be thrown yourself in jail for life. Let someone else handle it with him. Well, that guy always love to pick on people, make something funny of people, hurt people, beat them up, etc. I told my sister that if you marry that guy, and you'll be gone forever! She got very, very upset! She told me not to control her life! She said, F*** off please!!! Stay out of my life period!!! I did tell her that when she get married him then she will not visit us anymore. She said alright!
By the way, my sister already told some of her friends and other family that I am controlling everyone! Also, she told them that I am the Head of the Crime Family! She thought I was going to send my grandpa back to NC b/c I took over this home!

Go out and look at the sky.
Report your findings.

I have a nasty cold. That's what made me mad.

I walked outside last nght for a midnight smoke when I noticed my truck was missing. Either it was stolen or it was repo'd for being a week late on my payments.

Oh, now, that seriously makes for a bad day. . . .

Still have a cold, but that pales in comparison to Castle's predicament.

So it was repo'd. I was told that I'm 70 days past due but my bank statements show that payments were taken out September and October.
I would advise people not to use Wells Fargo for anything.

Oh, now, that sounds like you've got some legal hassle. If your money was being taken out, who was getting it? What a mess. I'm so sorry.

They're claiming that there was a late fee that needed to be paid, but I was told it was going to be waived if I paid by a certain time. Even if they didn't waive the late fees, they can't repo a truck for that, can they?

I wouldn't think so, Castle, but like I said, it is really a matter for lawyers now.

Sorry to hear Castle, but if your statements reflect payment, that should be sufficient to retrieve your car. Good luck!
