MIke; the Texas comment was aimed at Spooky, just for the record.

Nope. Nothing wrong. I just thought that some one else thought that I lived in texas. Nothing wrong with Texas. I was there a couple of times. Great place.

I went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner once. Last night, actually. Cinnamon butter? Really?

It just seems like if you're gonna have sweet butter or cinnamon butter, the rolls should come at dessert.

Here in Illinois we have a Loan Star Steak House which serves one of the best Rib Eye steaks I ever ate. and they also have a veritiy of butters that they serve with the dinner rolls. I don't go for the sweet ones, however. I prefer garlic butter on rhy dinner rolls.
As for Illinois, I do love Chicago because it's my original home town and 11th and Drake was my original 'stomping round.' I also love the town I live in now, which is also in Illinois, but if I were to win the Lotto, or by some quirk of fate, were to become seriously wealthy, I would robably move to Maine, or some other part of the East Coast, and buy one of those really old colonial style homes that were build back n the 1700s, or even in the late 1600s.
My dream house would be at least 150 years old, located near the beach, and on 300 or more achers of wooded land. In otherwords, sort of laid out the same way Collinwood from the tv show "Dark Shadows" is laid out.
