That, and I was a bit sleepy the day I saw it, so a really good review is not possible.
"The Crazies" on the other hand, was a great movie. If you like conspiracy theory story, you will love "The Crazies." I don't want to spoil it for anyone, so I won't say too much. The only questionable aspect to that film was the closing theme song. It was a good song, but totaly inappropriate for the subject matter covered.

Hey Mike sorry you didn't care for Shutter Island, I saw it & I loved it, by the way there was only one delusional inmate. I like movies you have to figure out.

you'd love Donny Darko then because it made no sense to me.......too artsy-fartsy and too complicated to figure out....

It shows up on HBO or showtime a lot. I wouldn't spend the money on it unless you have Netflicks or some other subscription service.

My dd went to see Shutter Isl. last weekend. I told her what I thought happened and I was dead on. She said it was predictable.
I sort of liked Donny Darko. It was the mind of the insane! I can relate to that. I watched it on TV. I don't think I would have liked to pay $$ for it, though.

Like I said, I was worn out from a week of major photo shoots, and kept dozing off during the show. Lucky for me I don't snore any more, or they would have kicked me out. I did follow the story line some what, but I just didn't have the energy to really get into it. Perhaps when it's out on DVD I'll give "Shutter Island" another shot when I'm feeling more up for it.

I REALLY would love to see Alice In Wonderland but won't be able to watch it in theatres, I will have to wait for it to come out on DVD and just buy it. I have the PC game Alice and it's awesome, that is about the only game I will play, came out about 10 years ago, they are supposed to be making another one. I would like to see Shutter Island too but will wait for that on Netflix.

I used to like Tim Burton movies, until he developed his man crush on Johnny Depp, and decided to stick him in every movie. Staler than month-old bread is that pair.
