Adrian, we (my family) went to a little store last night out in the middle of farm country and they were selling smoked meats......we bought smoked Jalapeno and cheddar sausage links, and almond smoked brisket..........mmmmmmmmmmmm

Okay it looks like I the odd person out, I don't like gravy, but I do love
Turkey & plain stuffing, that is my altime favorite food!!! Yummm 
Spooky that sounds so good!! Whats a brisket?

if you do, make sure it's slow smoked so it's nice and tender!
