Ah, I'm glad you are OK. Nashville is opening up at the end of this week--ie, no restrictions at all, except they still want people to wear masks indoors. Their tourist industry was devastated by the lockdowns, so they are wild to get back to normal. Nashville had a horrific 2020, with a bad tornado in early March, the months of lockdowns, and a downtown bombing on Christmas morning. Everybody is beyond ready to put it all behind them.

2020 was terrible all-around. But can you believe that 2021 is almost half gone?!

I agree. It seems that it's only been a little while since I took the Christmas decorations down and put the Christmas records, CDs and movies away for the year. Now it's already Mid May.

I am happy that both the adults in the house here got the vaccine. I know a number of people who haven't gotten it - a friend of mine who is a Doctor at Mayo said only about 1/2 the nurses and docs there had gotten the vaccine. At least we all have the freedom to decide for ourselves, for us though, we chose to get the shot. :-) Last weekend we were out and about and about 95% of the people were maskless, so perhaps Halloween will be more normal this year and the masks people will be using are Halloween masks.

I'm not too sure about the vaccine, but I may get it after it's been a year or so. I am not overly anxious to be a guinie pig.

I have a friend in the hospital and on a ventilator, he is not doing good! We both got our shots, I have too many health problems to bother with Covid too! My husband got one the same day I did because we live together and they were worried he would get it and give it to me, I am so glad, I know it's not for everyone but for me and mine it is a breath of fresh air so to speak.

I finally did break down and get the vaccine last August. I haven't had any ill effects, but I may have to get a booster in April of next year, which I am not looking forward to.

They're all doing well, Witchy, thanks for asking. The older one plays three instruments, the younger is a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do and reads three books at a time, and I can't shut up or quit bragging about either of them. So far it looks like Ciuin's genes are dominant. If either of them go bald, walk with their toes pointed out to the sides, or start acting like ginormous @s$holes, that came from my gene pool.

How is your brood doing? They're all grown up, aren't they? Any little next generation witches or warlocks running around yet?

Your little ones sound wonderful, I miss mine being little.

Mine are 26 and 31 if you can believe it. The 26 year old just got married in September and the said they have a 5 year plan, then they will start with the wee ones, so no little witches or Warlock yet, but I can't wait!
