.
I saw a house yesterday that still had all their Halloween decorations up. Figured they
were either dedicated, or lazy.

Or don't practice Christmas.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Prepare for death & follow me.

Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
the skeletons of my shattered jack o lanterns are still strown about at the outter edges of my fire pit
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

did you roast the seeds, or just commit their souls to the Halloween gods?

Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
Saw some of those little candy mellowcream pumpkins at one of the local stores, with a sign that said Halloween Candy 50% off. I just can't see myself buying Halloween candy this old though. :p
Oh and at Walmart I saw a Happy Halloween tee shirt in the women's section. It was size small, otherwise I would've grabbed it. Only one dollar too.

This probably seems crazy, crazy, a graveyard theory,
A ghost tried to approach me and got leery.
Ask him a question and he vanished in a second...

Sounds like he should have committed the seeds to Bella's belly.Andybev01 wrote:did you roast the seeds, or just commit their souls to the Halloween gods?

That is the right way to do it. I guess you would have been in trouble with the pumpkin spirits if you had sent me the innards. hehe

Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
I had to move some stuff around for Christmas and saw a lot of the decor I put away It was kind of sad but kind of glad this year is almost done as it has been a disaster year for me. Can't wait until Halloween 2010. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and if you celebrate something else I hope you had a great what ever you celebrated. I hate having to be politically correct its just to much stinking work to try to remember when I cant even remember some of the stuff when I'm going out to get something its a pain oh well.
HALLOWEEN 2011 THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS!!!!

Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
I lietened to my Halloween 'party mix" CD the other night. Also, I store Christmas and Hlloween decorations in the same spot. I took Christmas down last Sautrday so I wouldnt have to face it after going back to work, so I bumped into all of my fake jack o'lanterns and decorations when I put the Christmas things away.
By the way, the Halloween stuff is more easily accessable, because 'Little Halloween" is next August.

Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
My son brought a small pumpkin home from college with him. It's in our carport, and I hope its seeds are still good. I've been waiting to roast them until after he is well recovered from his wisdom teeth surgery, which he had last week. From the outside the pumpkin still looks sound.

I was in one of our conference rooms today to attend a meeting, and there was still a basket full of ToT candy, inter mixed with Christmas Hershey's Kisses and candy canes.
