Witchy, I don't think you're wierd at all. On the comtrary, I allways wonder if others think that I'm wierd because I don't decorate nearly as much as most others do. I don't have any lights to put up outside, either. I didn't use to feel that way. Up until the year 1977, the first Christmas in our "home" in New Lenox, Christmas was my favorite day of the year, and Advent was my favorite season. Then we moved to that glorified match box in New Lenox, and all our TRADITIONS went right out the window. So it stopped being my favorite holiday, though I still love it for what it represents. Halloween took over as my favorite holiday shortly after I moved into my 100 year old 'haunted house.' The 4th of July was my favorite for the longest time after the New Lenox move. But today, it's Halloween 1st, The 4th of July 2nd, Thanksgiving 3rd, Easter 4th, St Patrick's Day 5th, and Christmas dead last.
