the world ending in 2012....its possible i suppose but there's no way to know for sure. All I know is that, like a couple of other people have already said, im just going to live my life to fullest everyday and remember to tell those I love, that I love them each and every chance I get...cause even if 12/21/2012 isn't judgment day for the world, you never know when your personal judgment day is coming...so embrace life and laugh often with your family and friends.
btw - I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

History has always been filled with doomsday scenarios and as long as there are people who feel they can make a buck by exploiting peoples insecurities (I won't mention any names.... Mr former Vice President), there will continue to be crack-pot theories.

If the world doesn't end in 2012, 2036, or 2976 as I read somewhere else, then we still have at least 500-600 million years before the earth becomes too hot to support life. Nothing we have to worry about.

Honestly folks, I stand alone. Because while I do not think we can lock down the year it will happen, I really do think the world is about to come to an end in the first half of this century.

i think that the world is already in the process, what i mean by that is, the world ending isn't something that will happen in one day, it's something that could take hundreds of years.

i think that the age of aqaurius is in the near future and that the world is supposed to be at complete peace during that time, but i heard that alot of bad stuff is gonna go down before we get to the age of aquarius. a storm before the calm, if you will.

Yet the topic clearly states that it's 2012.
Where are you coming from with this, "nobody knows what year"?
It just proves to me that this is as much bogus as Y2K. Another Non-Event. I should probably start a busness that builds Bomb Shelters. Because a lot of people are going to be gullable enough to fall for this 2012 fable.
