Wine was my alcoholic drink of choice for decades. I didn't even drink beer until I was in my early 40s. But when we moved here, we could no longer buy wine in the grocery stores, so my husband started buying beer and drinking it. I eventually joined him. Now wine is available in the grocery stores down here, but I find it seems too acidic for me now. I guess I'm a beer drinker these days.
