Today is my 'Friday' as I am off tomorrow...Saturday is my Birthday so I am going fishing tomorrow and Saturday whooo hooo...early birthday gift to myself!!!

PUMPKIN CURRY!!!

I just got back from lunch and tried something different (entirely unlike me to do so), pumpkin curry made me very happy today!

Cubes of pumpkin flesh cooked so they had the texture of an almost done baked potato, red curry sauce and veggies.

Sooooo gooooood. :D

That is true. I appreciate the fact that they could actually take care of themselves but still enjoy my company. I don't need dependent and deficient creatures to make me happy :wink:
