This isn't about their logo, but you can add a background image to the Google homepage.
They have a selection to choose from or add one from your files.
I chose one from my pumpkin hunt from last year.

That reminds me of another 'didn't lock his computer' prank.

If you find that someones PC was left unlocked, do a print screen, save the image and then open it full screen.

The cursor will still move around but they can't click on anything because it's a dummy screen.
