Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
Nope, but it sounds like a Hunter S. Thompson title.

It does sound like a Thompson title!
I will definitely look that one up.

Ha! No, Broken Lizard are the guys that did Beerfest and Super Troopers. Club Dread is a parody of the "killer stalks a beach resort" type of horror movie.

Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
Unbelievable.
I was out taking photos this morning and way off in a field of beautiful yellow mustard blooms what do you think was there?
I wanted to get closer for better pix but the gate was closed, so this is full zoom without a tri-pod but you can see them in all of their autumn glory...in spring.

They don't go to waste. The ranchers feed them to their livestock.
But still, I really wanted to get one

Re: REMNANTS OF LAST HALLOWEEN
I remember about 9 years ago or so. There's a camera store that I use to go to alot when I was still primarily shooting on 35mm or 120 roll film. The guy found this absolutely picture perfect pumpkin which he had there for Halloween. He picked it up in September, and it was so nice he kept it for almost an entire year. He had a Christmas get-up for it, Easter Bunny Ears for Easter, a green hat for St. patrick's Day, an "Uncle Sam" hat for the 4th of July, and wouldn't you knowit......by the 2nd of October it started to get rotten.
Hey, a whole year's life from a pumpkin is a dang sight better then I ever got.
Mike

Of course! My buddy Grover taught me all about the benefits of sharing, many many years ago.
