I believe some of you knowabout this is the latest in the remake string, with Natalie Portman set to star?

Well, if you hear more about this "Suspiria" remake, please post some comments here. Thanks! :D

BTW, I've seen classic SUSPIRIA (1977) before, and I really don't remember what it was all about... it was directed by Dario Argento.

The thing I remember most about the original "Suspira" is it stared Joan Bennet, who played the part of Elizabeth Collins Stoddard in the tv show "Dark Shadows." The movie "Race With the Devil" also stared one of the "Dark Shadows" stars. Lare Parker (Angelique.)

I can't wait for the remake to come out. I bet is't going to be good. If anyone from Hollywood is reading, remember. CINEMATOGRAPHY is the key.

I'm speechless!

It's arguably (probably) the single best Giallo to come out of Italy. Of course, there are plenty other giallo films but personally Argento gets it just right in "Suspiria". It's a great example of his work. ;)

Just a rumor.... Dario Argento is not going to remake it, but David Gordon Green is going to do it. Also, Uwe Boll is an investor.

I only know it is going to release anytime this year in Italy. ;)
