Ready for Pumpkin Carvings 2009?
Are you ready for pumpkin carvings this year?? Yes, I am! I am going to carve about 3 large pumpkins before Halloween. I really don't know what to carve this year, something that look scarier!

I definately plan to carve some pumpkins this year, but I am not a world class artist when it comes to things like that, so I'll probably stick with a few traditional jack o'lantern faces.

Ok, if I find anything good Halloween images in the newspaper, magazines, etc. It's good idea to cut it out, then put it on the pumpkin to carve it. So what do you suggest?

There are actualy stencils you can buy and trace onto the pumpkin. I've used a couple of them one year, but unfortunately my eye-hand coordination is more suited for riding motorcycles and typing on the computer then it is for more delicate or intricate art work.
For that reason, I'll stick with simple faces.

In the past I've known in advance what I'll carve... this year, I've been having issues. I can't decide! I can't decide if I'll carve traditionally or sculpt... how many pumpkins I'll carve... when I'll carve. Argh! >_<
... and I usually design a pattern every year. I haven't any ideas for that either this year... *sigh*
