.....Angels?

....I know what you might be thinking. What the heck Mau, that's not scary! But it IS paranormal/supernatural right? (Not to mention there is the Angel of Death!) Angels are spiritual beings that serve God, and act as his messengers. Though you don't necessarily have to believe in God to believe in angels...some people may just believe everyone has a guardian angel.
I believe angels exist, to guide us and help us.

It's hard for me to believe in angels and even Heaven for that matter. It might just be that fact that when I was growing up, religious people use to ruin everything. Concerts, parades there was even a protest towards a record shop I use to work at as a teenager. We upset them because we soled Heavy Metal music, also known as Satan's Music. I don't believe angels help us everyday and I don't believe we each have a guardian angel. I'm not saying that we don't, but I wish people would keep their religious belief's to themselves.

I find it quite interesting that you'd believe in hell and demons but not heaven and angels.
This really doesn't have to do with religion, nor am I advocating a belief in God or not. I always felt the two kind of went together as opposing forces, you can't have one without the other: Angels versus Demons.
I understand how you feel though...religion does seem to ruin a lot of things and people who are religious tend to shove such beliefs down your throat...but then again...I've seen the same thing happen to me with atheists.
What I don't like is extremists either way. Just believe what you want, and don't let other people get you down for it.

I very do beleive in Heaven and angels. I look foward to meeting them in Heaven, and hope to avoid demons and hell.

Actually those aren't angels, they're demons. They USED to be angels though.
So unless you want to go along with traditions such as Japanese Mythology, then if you believe in Demons, you also have to believe in Angels.

Yes, I do, very much believe in angels, and they are supernatural beings, not paranormal or preternatural.

I also believe in guardian angels.

I try not to let religious blowhards get in the way of my faith by their misrepresentation. Yes I believe angels exist and that the fallen (demons) exist as well.

I wonder sometimes what God really sees in us human beings in comparison to Angels. Angels are like perfect, flawless and powerful beings that illuminate with the beauty and wonder of heaven itself.
Yet, God creates us humans, who are imperfect, flesh beings, capable of bleeding, we're comparatively disgusting, we also disobey him. We can also die and rot and well...it just makes me wonder why Angels aren't Gods chosen people. Why aren't we like that? Why don't humans have this great potential if we're really the ones created in God's image.
Why does God seem to love us more than his angels when angels seem to be so beautiful..and humans so ugly and destructive.

I don't find human beings all that fascinating. I find them destructive...and often times disgusting. And we're arrogant with this idea that we're supposed to be superior to animals. The Bible even says that we have no advantage over the animal. When you stop and think about it...animals have it made if they go straight to heaven because they don't have to follow any rules.
I guess I think it would be cool being an angel...they get these cool powers and they get to KNOW God exists. Not just believe it.

Human beings are presently under a curse because of original sin, or more comonly known as the fall of Adam. We are the decendents of Adam and Eve, so we share in original sin. That's the entire reason why the world is not like paradise and humans are prone to disobey god and ar eeasily tempted by satan. At some point in time, the Earth and humans are going to be restored to the perfection that God the Father originaly intended. This will happen some time after the Battle of Armagedden

As it stands right now, Humans are given free will, and it's up to us to decide whethe we want to spend eternity with God or eternity with the devil.

Angels are also given the same choice at some point in their lives. The devil, or satan, along with many other angels, chose to follow their own path instead of worshiping God. Pride was the sin that brought about their fall.

Bottom line, once you enter Heaven, God makes you perfect and infinite in every way. Infinite wisdon and understanding, a glorified body and the beatific vision are the main blessngs that are bestowed upon all of us when we enter God's Kingdom.
