I now will fly the Halloween.com banner for the month of October on the Panther Coalition site, I of course only had good things to share with my Panther friends about this site. :P

Here's hoping everyone has a very Haunting and Happy October. Best wishes to my Halloween Brothers and Sisters. :D
Because once you cross that bridge, my friend, the ghost is through, his power ends.

It's finally here. I can breathe a sigh of relief that I have a few more weeks. But I have a few days longer. My Social Security comes in on the third of each moth. And since Halloween falls mid-week, I decided to have my party the Saturday following Halloween. This not only gives me a bit more moolah for the Halloween party, but a few cherished EXTRA days to prepare for the festivities.

I also have physical limitations that require a bit more time. Won't go into details here, but it's great to have the party the week-end after. Because vandals won't expect the outside stuff to be up. Catching the buggers off-guard! PRICELESS!

I'm sure I'll be checking in here from my hotel room, but they'll be sad and somber posts. :(

What happened to your freaky avatar??

:) I decided (in celebration of October) to feature some of my favorite horror movies by displaying their posters all month...so there will be a different one every week. Of course, Piranha had to be 1st since it WAS my 1st.

Guess what??? Today, when I opened the front porch door, there were a mini size fog machine and a ghost hanging (life-size prop). I looked at them carefully, and I begun worrying where they were from... I found a small note on the fog machine box reads "To: Chris From: The Girls Next Door" HAPPY OCTOBER!!!

Well, HAPPY OCTOBER TO EVERYONE!

What a fabulous day this has been, cool, but sunny, in the low 70's. Got in a good long ride with the top down, broke out the Halloween socks, shirts and earrings, nice dinner with the family...perfect!

Cadaverino, that was truly lovely. Happy October to all!!
