I need to add a toe pinch coffin

Post by ScaryCanuck » Mon Oct 10, 2011 8:56 pm

Hello everyone, Given our house number is 666, we have a reputation to maintain. I'm proud to say that there was one little girl, about 5 years old, who would not come up our driveway :D This year, I need to step it up a notch. I want to build some ground breaking toe-breaker coffins, but i cannot find the pallet instructions i read last year, can anyone give me a link? Also, can anyone let me know how to have my creations set up for motion sensing?
I cant post a photo as they are too big, sorry.
Thanks everyone
Ken

Here's a link for setting up motion sensing with lights:

I think this link provides a little bit of information on setting up motion sensing for things other than lights:

you can use that to trigger anything with an on/off switch, not just lights, I have one..

Hey Spooky--I'm under the impression you pretty much know how to build anything when it comes to Halloween props. Do you have any tips on how to bend pvc pipes? Like to where they would be cane-shaped?

Have you tried heating it over your stove little by little and bending it?

does the whole thing have to be PVC? If you wanted an old wooden look, like a old tree branch you could use PVC for the long part then use wire bent in a "U" shape and tape it to the top then wrap the whole thing in newspaper then cover that in packing (yellow) tape making creases in the tape as you go, short foot long pieces then when it's all covered you just paint it and weather it like wood.

:o That is the best idea. And so much easier than what I was thinking about. Gold pumpkin for you. Thanks so much!

You really shouldn't have to bend pvc, just cut it down and buy a corner piece.
