I got a little craft happy today

Visited my local hobby lobby for supplies, and came home and made this wreath. It's my first! I even painted the jack o'lantern. This won't be on the front door for a while, but I got my fix.

I confess that I collect craft supplies but rarely use them. My projects end up looking like something made by, oh let's say, Sarah Palin's youngest child...

I am jealous of people who can make things that wouldn't be cause for alarm if displayed out doors.

I hate to admit it, but the only art I can do is photography. I couldn't make a nice pice of craftmanship like that on my best day.

Thanks y'all! Andy- it's wide satin ribbon wrapped around a wreath form. I left spaces open as I was wrapping it around for the black gingham, then wrapped the polka dot on top of all that. My shoulders are hating me today.

We bought our son a craft set for his birthday back in May. We're gunna start making some Halloween things with him soon. My wife's quite creative so i'm sure she has a few ideas in mind!
