I missed that casting call, unfortunately, but I would LOVE to spend a week in a haunted place. I would bring my camera, and I would travel there by motorcycle.

I sure would. I would drive to the haunted place on my bike (if it was during one of the warm weather seasons) and I would bring my camera.

Well, the next time they have a 'haunted casting call,' I'll try to work my way in. It would be a lot of fun, and would also be great advertising for Studio O'Brien Photography.

That's great idea! So you will go there anytime this month, or when?

Well, there are a few things I have to consider. First and fore most my finances. Right now, I recently purchased a Harley, and I still have payments on the car, so I am making payments on two vehicles. So, money is short, so it may be a while before I can make any really extravigant traveling plans. Secondly it would have to be during June, July or August, because my work schedule is very busy during the school year. I work at a Community College as their photographer, and I don't want to miss out on any O T oportunities. Thirdly, I can't stand the way comercial air travel treats their customers. The last time I flew on a comercial air liner was in 1991. It was with Midway Airlines, and they filed for bankruptcy about 9 days before I was due to depart to go back home. Luckily it didn't totaly ruin my vacation, and luckily American Airlines decided to honor all Midway tickets, but it was a head ache that I had to deal with during my vacation. I swore off comercial air travel at that point, and that was back in 1991. Since the 9/11 attacks, it's gotten a whole lot worse, so if I were to answer a 'haunted casting call," it would have to be some place that I can get to by road. I would also have to have enough time to get there if it was a long way from where I live.

With all those considerations, I think it will be a while before I can even consider it, but I will be making shorter distance 'haunted road trips' in the near future.

Whoa! That's too much to work to do! Same thing to me that I work at the cemetery at night, and sleep all day... Also, I'm still waiting to hear from Nightmare Mansion to see if I can work there then I will quit the cemetery nightman.

Too bad you have to be an American & the casting call has ended. I would have applied, i'ld love to do something like this.

iHaunt, i've seen on another thread you mention about being a night watchmen at a cemetery. What's that like? Eerie? Have you ever had any scares?

I'm not scared of the cemetery, but I wish to see ghosts, zombies, corpses something like that... Never seen zombies! I do see corpses and some ghosts in the past.
