Quitting W.o.W for good.

Reason One) I'm just too into Warhammer Online. Since they are both fantasy based games, I choose Warhamnmer because I enjoy it more. Blizzard won't miss me or my money, W.o.W has so many gamers.
Reason Two) Even though I canceled my payment subscription a while ago, They took another payment out of my account today. I confirmed several times that in my account it even states my subscription is canceled, and yet..poof, there goes 14.99.
Since I cannot actually cancel my account, I am giving it to my brother. High level Pally and all.

I haven't played WoW in ages, I need to pick it up again. Is Warhammer Online that good? I might have to get that...

Another thing I don't like on WoW is the negativity that flies around there. Haven't found that on Warhammer or Pirates Of The Burning Sea.
Arthas, WoWs latest patches are rearranging everything and the game is becoming tedious with its mathematical micro managing.
As for Warhammer, IMO I think it is that good. For a 7 month old game, it is addictive. It is aesthetic and deep in playability. The whole game is one giant War. You have two levels. Your regular level which caps at 40, and your renknown which caps at 80. The game is multidimensional. With Dungeon runs, Scenarios, Public Quests, Regular Questing, and Realm Vs Realm. It is very difficult to take the King in this game. The King of the Empire has only been taken once in the seven months the game has been out. The Chaos Lord also recently has been taken for the first time. And these are just the Kings in the Human/Mutant lands. It will be new. So do yourself a favor. Buy the official guide, and reference warhammeronline.com wardb.com and warhammeralliance.com for all the info you will ever need. IMO, it is well worth it. Just don't expect it to parallel completely with W.o.W. It will be a learning process.

Yeah. The new patches are why I play on private servers. (One run by a former Blizzard employee, I might add.) It's competently run and has a helluva community. When I upgrade either 1) my iMac or 2) Buy a new PC, I'll definitely pick up Warhammer Online.

Yeah, I probably will. I've played the miniature game before with a friend, I think I'll like the MMO too. I'll definitely pick it up.

I prefer not to waste my money on such games. Rather, I play MMORPGs like Second Life. Do any of you play Second Life? If not then join!!! It's a really fun game with lots to do.
