Homer simpson prosthetic mask

I am going to be homer simpson for Halloween and was looking for a way to make my mouth stick out a little. Im planning on doing this by using a foam latex mask. I think the simean mask at screamteam.com would be great
Worse case scenario I will make my own.
ANY suggestions on the best way to do this.

Good luck! Honestly, I don't do masks because I find them too hot. I use make-up instead. But what you are describing does require a mask.
