From a purely nerd perspective, the light saber shouldn't be hanging off of his armor as it is not in the 'on' position.

no iHaunt, thats a zombie trooper from a book about a star destroyer that becomes infected and all the imperials become zombies...it's an "EU" book, Expanded Universe, a book someone wrote using the star wars universe but making their own story....I have not read the book myself, but I might....
