I just stopped at one of our Targets. The Halloween section is already picked over! I missed out on some cheap craft pumpkins but I was able to get a great deal on candy. Bought a bunch, most of which will probably be gone by the big day. I even got the last bag of Pumpkin Spice Hershey's Kisses. They didn't have any pumpkin pop-tarts. I'm gonna check some of the other stores next time I go out. Target could easily set up their Halloween section a month earlier and sell a lot more stock.
