We had to turn on the heater today, the high was only 65 & the lows tonight is 44 degrees!!! I love that!!! :wink:

Much, much cooler her today. I think the high was in the high 70's. It rained all day, and will continue to rain for the next few days. I think our 90 degree days are at an end, though.
I saw the forcast was for low 80's the rest of the week.

It's 65 degree today, Luv it!! I even got to wear my first Halloween sweatshirt today!! 8)

I took it apart on Sunday and bleached all the mold that had accumulated over the past five years. I cleaned out the rotting pine needles, and dead bugs. Then I put it all back together and boxed it up, so it'll be like brand new next summer. AND YOU THINK AFTER ALL THAT I'M GONNA GIVE IT TO MR. Finally, some autumn weather.

Went to Point Bonita lighthouse on Saturday and took some nice pix. If you could get to it (the bridge is closed for repair) I would bet there would be some ghosties hanging about.

Even the moss on the cliffs is blood red.

The last several days have been magnificent. After so much boiling rotting Texas heat it's like dying and going to Heaven. The Blood Gutted flies and mosquitoes are writing their last wills and testaments. I want to be outside again. And of course now the best of my pin studded jackets can be worn without heatstroke looming.
