I'll take another shot and post it because it's hard to tell but the black thing isn't a nest (not that roosters 'nest') it's a wreath laid down and it is lit with orange and purple LEDs.

About the only thing new in this pic is the skull (which I posted somewhere else in here) but I added Swarovski crystals inside the eye sockets and grouped it in with some old standby's and came up with a pretty good nightstand display.

I found this on Saturday, I think it's a cupcake tin, but it isn't deep enough so...?

Score!

I took Good Friday off and went south to Monterrey and Carmel (If you get a chance, both cities are worth a visit) and found 2 floating candles and a candle snuffer. I also got some skull-topped swizzle sticks, but didn't take a pic.

The black parts of the spider candle are coated in black glitter.

Thanks ILMM; it helps that all of the rooms in the house have seriously bad wallpaper from the last owner. Nothing says creepy like little heart-shaped flowers... :shock:
