Gosh, those homemade decorations look really good. Most of my decorations are store bought however.
I did make some crafty things last year with construction paper, and I did some rock painting last year.
This year I probably won't have a lot of time.
This probably seems crazy, crazy, a graveyard theory,
A ghost tried to approach me and got leery.
Ask him a question and he vanished in a second...

Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Sorry about the blurry pics, they are from my phone. I just had a yard sale today and am using the money to buy more Halloween stuff, I need (WANT) a strobe light really bad and will go next weekend to look for one. I haven't been to any Halloween stores yet, they were putting out all their stuff at the new Wal-Mart over here and I wanted to look but we were in a hurry and couldn't. But I'm going to drag everyone to the costume store to look at everything and I WILL take pics from my phone TEE HEE (I won't let them catch me). There's a costume shop downtown Las Vegas that is open year round (for the strippers, LOL) but they carry ALL kinds of costumes, it's cool!

Over the weekend my wife and I went to Halloween Warehouse, Party City and Spirit Halloween(which we had never been to before). Spirit Halloween had a GREAT selection and very friendly staff who chatted with us for a long while. I don't have pics of everything but We got a sweet pumpkin fog machine which i while looking for a pic for you guys i found it $10 cheaper at walgreens so i'll see if its at the local store ( http://www.walgreens.com/store/store/pr ... sku4251509 ).apparently overpaid for so it might go back and we'll pick it up elsewhere for cheaper(maybe get a second one!!). Party City we got a cool feathered owl and ice trays that make skull and bone shaped ice . Spirit we found our costumes which we thought we were going to have to make(I'll post pictures of us all dressed up later), a bag of eyeballs and a Mona Lisa picture where her face changes to a skull when you walk by( http://www.spirithalloween.com/product/ ... all-frame/ ). I'll post the pics of the other things when i have a chance to take some photos!

I wouldn't exactly call this 'Halloween' but when I saw it in the store it just struck me as sort of creepy in a Norman Bates, Psycho kind of way.

It goes well with the fake raven I picked up last year.

All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.
