Easter Charities

I always wondered why Christmas was the only holiday it seemed that had an outreach to kids in the form of toy drives? Why not share that giving spirit in other holidays as well? I thought, maybe a charity could be organized to deliver Easter Baskets to children in need.
Well apparently, I found someone else who thought the same thing:

I think that's rather neat. It would be awesome if people found ways to give back at Easter and other holidays. (Someone mentioned filling a coffin with canned goods for Halloween after all!)
Who thinks donating Easter baskets is a good idea? I think so! I wonder if there are ways to organize an Easter Basket drive in our own communities?
Found some information on organizing an Easter Basket charity:

I would have suggested it to my college if I would have thought of it earlier. Oh well. Always next year!
