I read an artile in Gourmet more than a few months ago about a restaurant in the midwest called "Hell's Kitchen". Similar concept. I like the hearse thing, though. And people really do understimate the power of a good hot dog. I once heard a show about a high end restaurant in New Orleans where the chef there said that his favorite food was a hot dog. ;)

we roasted hot dogs last night at my fire pit and made smores :) good times :)
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!
