O.T: Transformers 2

Post by MyersFan1 » Fri Jun 26, 2009 8:33 pm

Just wondering if anyone has seen the new transformers movie which came out a few days ago. I saw it the day it came out with high expectations after the first one "wowed" me, but left the theater very dissappointed in the highly anticipated film. anyone else seen the movie?

I saw it the day it came out. I enjoyed it. I couldn't tell if I was watching an action movie or a comedy though. They definitely made this one more goofy than the first. The action sequences were great although I could've done without all the slow motion.

My brother in law and his best pal went and saw it tonite... they told me it was some what okay... They preferred the first part the best than this second part.

OctoberChill i completely agree that there were a lot of goofy parts that were completely unnecessary. I did enjoy the action though, but i wish they spent more time with character development, i feel like they didn't spend enough time introducing the new transformers And I thought they spent way too much time on those twin robots who in my opinion were pretty dumb. Overall I would probably give it a 6 or 7 out of 10.

Mr brother says about 6.5/7 on a scale. The running time was about 2 hours and 30 minutes. ;) Well, he says good movie!

In my opinion, The 1st movie is much better then the 2nd. The 1st one has much better storyline. It involved more detail about military attack (the human), secretary of defense, cracking trial. It gave more details about the robots. The Autobots and Decepticons were introduced clearly. I mean, in the 1st movie we knew the name of the robots whereas in the 2nd one was difficult to know and recognize all the robots even the autobots.

I saw this movie online yesterday. It was really good but a tad too much comedy and kind of perverted. I liked it overall though.

I saw it a few weeks ago, and it's pretty good. The cinematography was nice, and the story was not bad. It's no classic, but it was entertaining.
