Does anyone know good email server?

Is there a good email server for me? What is a good way to send mass emails?

I have a miscrosoft word file of about a thousand email addresses and I want a program that I can import them into and send emails to thousands of recipients?

What works? What doesn't? Any tips?

I have an account with both Hotmail and Yahoo, and I like the Hotmail account best of all.
