not at all but when ur doing banner stuff i suggest paint or gimp...though im bad at gimp cause it has alot more opions

I think Adobe Photoshop is a good program to use. I have Adobe Photoshop 6.0.
I can't make anything THAT good though. That looks like something almost 3Dish.

My wife knows how to make computer art. She's got a degree in computer graphics and does an AMAZING job with any picture she can get. On Tuesday she showed me a picture she made while I was out. The original picture was me holding her in my arms while the sun was setting and in the background was an eagle. She switched our heads. She was the one holding me. I have no idea how to make computer art, but I give props to those who know how to.
