John Cusack will play as Edgar Allan Poe in this film! I thought it was cool.... I might just have to go see this!

It's surprising they didn't cast Johnny Depp though, this film would have been right up his alley

Cusack needs to make this role his opus because he has a lot to make up for, for his involvement in that glorious train wreck, 2012.

Not sure I would've gone with Cusack either, but off the top of my head, I'm not sure who would have been better. Maybe Downey Jr., before he went all Iron Man. You know, back when he was hooked on drugs like the real Poe.

I didn't mean he should be, he just seems to play all the same type of roles.

But, I like Johnny Depp the best!

I wish to post the link, but I can't really remember because I was doing some search on Google, somehow I spotted the headline was shown "Cusack was the pick as Allan Poe". I will find out later.
