What films do you think should never be remade? Or should never have been remade?
My thoughts are...
Freaks (1932)
Psychomania (1971)
The Tenant (1976)
Christine (1983)
Near Dark (1987)
Stephen King's IT (1990)
From Dusk Till Dawn (1996)

I believe they are not going to do "PSYCHO" remake... But if they do so, then well...

There was a Psycho remake in 1998 and it starred Vince Vaughn and Anne Heche. It was strange to see Vince Vaughn in a serious role. I thought the 1998 version was poor compared to the original.

OK, that PSYCHO remake in 1998... Is it any good or not? Well, I've never seen it myself before, but I would love to rent it anytime unless you tell me if it is any really good movie... Yes, of course, the original 1960 was very good movie! BUT - what about 1998 version??

it was terrible
Your list hauntmaster but some of those are classics, I am going to have to dissagree with most of them. movies like cemetary gates and pretty much and LOW budget horror movie from like 2004 on must be exstinct as well as house on the left, and I spit on your grave. Not much into rape.

Most of these are quite modern, really, but I would hate to see them remade. They're perfect as they are, even if some of the special effects look a bit dodgy now
The Exorcist (1973)
Warlock (1989)
Arachnophobia (1990)
Silence of the Lambs (1991)
The Crow (1994)
Interview with the Vampire (1994)
The Craft (1996)
The Blair Witch Project (1999)
And probably many more!!
