I worked up this new character for Halloween & Mardi Gras - A Bag Lady!

Not very expensive - most of items from thrift shop or internet!

Easy to put on and wear

Only makeup - a little powder and lipstick.

That works! I've forgotten--do you live in New Orleans? Somewhere where they actually celebrate Mardi Gras?
