How about a dizzy race.
Two teams
The person who is "it" puts his forehead on the end of a baseball bat and the other end of the bat has to touch the ground at all times.
"It" spins around in circles 5 or 6 times and then has to run to the target at the other end before the other "it".
It is so funny watching the dizzy kids run in crazy directions that everyone is laughing!!!

*Bobbing for apples: I think it's been agreed on the forum that you're never too old to bob for apples.
*Mummy game: To see who can wrap someone in toilet paper the fastest.
*Passing the pumpkin using your neck: They used to play this with oranges. You get one mini pumpkin, get everyone in a circle and tell them to pass the pumpkin around using only their necks, whoever drops it is out of the circle, and you keep going until there's only one person left.
*Halloween pictionary: Write names of Halloween objects/characters on index cards (jack o'lantern, vampire, witch...etc.), draw them out (you're not allowed to speak, only draw) and have your team guess what your Halloween object/charcter is.
*Pumpkin bowling: Use a pumpkin as a bowling ball to knock down, I dunno old soda cans or bottles, anything you can find.
Hope that helps! These games are super easy to make and super fun to play! I'm glad you made this post cause I was thinking about what games we would play at our party.

I've learned there are three things you don't discuss with people: religion, politics and the Great Pumpkin. - Linus
