I just want to say that the Halloween costume was really successful and we didn't have any problems at all.

I'm making a mermaid costume for my 8 year old daughter. Does anybody have any advice on how to make the tail so she will be able to walk? Also, I was considering just having her go topless since she's totally flat-chested anyway. Do you think she should have anything on top?
