Halloween Discussion Forums, Costumes, Horror!

I love Thanksgiving. I have people staying at our B & B on Thanksgiving night, so we will be at home that day. I got a cool recipe book from my Halloween exchange, and I am going to make a Butter Rum Raisin Cheesecake from out of it, for dessert...so I am looking forward to that. Yum.

I do keep doing what I want to do no matter what the rest of the world is doing, I just feel sorry for people who don't make the effort, because I think of how much fun they are missing out on. You can turn any meal in to one for Halloween......based on the table setting.


I have seen people making cheeseburgers, with the cheese cut out in to a jack o lantern, you can color macaroni and cheese green.

You can buy green colored pasta. I have seen pumpkin ...

I hate all new horror movies......I saw the preview for this one, and it looked beyond disturbing...the preview made me jump out of my seat about 10 feet...no thanks....

I know what you mean too...I have these cool pumpkin sacks to do a sack race, I have wanted to do one for the past 3 years, and the weather has never co operated. It is always too cold and too windy. We have had unusually warm weather ...

We had a great party...but there was 1 thing about everything that really bugged me....this year I opened our pumpkin carving contest up to my whole town...I sent out announcements to over 600 people through the Chamber of Commerce, my friend is the school principal- he announced it at the middle ...

The chocolate things are peanut butter bonbons. They are really yummy.

I'll try and add some more pictures. I just got done watching Halloween (the original)....so that ended my Halloween weekend of fun.

Tomorrow I am getting up and starting the process of making the food for our party which is this Saturday. I can hardly wait. This should be the biggest and best party we have ever done. I got all the grocery shopping done today, and have everything ready to go.
